Cuvée Sablé Blanc de Blancs Official Tasting Notes
Palate:
Linear and luminous. Cox apples bring orchard clarity; white
tea adds a fine tannic line and quiet energy. Distilled blossom
honey extends the palate without sweetness. Fine-boned,
architectural and precise.
Finish:
Long, mineral and poised, with white-tea clarity and cool
stone.
Pairing:
Fresh goat’s cheese, shellfish, delicate vegetable dishes; for a
sweeter moment, yuzu or bergamot tart.

Order before 2pm on a working day and we’ll dispatch your order the same day, with next working day delivery across the UK.
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return your order.
