Cuvée Sablé Rosé Official Tasting Notes
Palate:
Textural and poised. Kentish Kiss apples provide grip; oolong
and lapsang lend depth and quiet smokiness. Floral teas lift
the mid-palate. Generous yet finely etched.
Finish:
Long and resonant, with delicate minerality and a whisper of
salinity.
Pairing:
Aged Comté or Ossau-Iraty, mushroom-led dishes; for a
sweeter moment, dark chocolate with pink peppercorn.
