The 2025 edition of small batch Kentucky sour mash whiskey, Shenk's Homestead. Made by Michter's distillery for their 'legacy series' to honour John Shenk, who in 1753 founded the Pensylvannia company that would eventually become Michter's.
This year's bottling uses a high portion of Rye in the mash bill, with some of the whiskey being finished in toasted French oak casks sourced from Vosges.
