Tasting Notes

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Peaty smoke struts with vanilla and shortbread. Almonds mix with chewy meringue. Blood orange stirs with burnt sugar. And barbecued pineapple brings a surprise move.

Palate – A riot of smoke and citrus. Peat and malt go toe-to-toe with toffee, lime spins with peach, and citrus balances perfectly with burnt corn-on-the-cob.

Finish – The finish is long and sweet with gentle heat. With a dash of citrus and sprinkle of pepper. But it's still not the end. There's always time for another dance.
