We're delighted to present this decadent bottling from one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers. This 30 year old Tomatin was distilled in 1993 and matured in a first fill sherry puncheon before being bottled as part of the revered Connoisseurs Choice series of single cask bottlings by Gordon & MacPhail. It's a single cask offering, limited to 502 bottles available worldwide.

Forest fruit aromas complement peanut brittle and red apple. Clove and tangerine flavours infuse with brown sugar followed by ginger spice. A full and spicy finish with lingering mature oak.
