This speysider from Tormore Distillery is presented by single cask experts, Cooper's Choice. It was distilled in 2015 and underwent maturation in an ex-bourbon cask, with additional aging in an Oloroso sherry cask. There aren't many official bottlings of Tormore floating around, so it's always nice to see the Independent bottlers stepping in and releasing these gems from the less well-known distilleries, even more so when they're single cask gems like this.

Nose – Delicious caramel sweetness with dried fruits and a hint of tobacco.

Palate – Deep and rich. Dried fruits and brown sugar. Sweet malt with a touch of furniture polish, walnuts, oak and spices.

Finish – More late spices. Long lasting.
