For White Heather 15 year old, Master Blender Billy Walker takes a complex selection of whiskies from sherry casks, 1st fill American oak casks and 2nd fill casks, combines these and then finishes them in PX sherry puncheons, Oloroso puncheons and new American oak.
2 different grain whiskies make up 53% of this blend, with the other 47% being comprised of North Highland malt, Speyside malt and a small amount of Islay malt. A dram with honey, fruit and sweetness with a touch of smoke.
