We used to look on in envy when we saw this barrel proof bourbon whiskey available overseas, because it is by far our favourite of the tasty Wild Turkey range. By 'barrel proof' we mean absolutely no water has been added to the casks as they have been emptied to form this small batch bottling. They make Rare Breed with a careful selection of 6, 8 and 12 year old barrels, and its really well put together. Be careful though, it doesn't taste as strong as it really is!
