An interesting release from Woodford Reserve of Kentucky, where they call fermented grain mash "distiller's beer". Woodford crafts their whiskeys in the Irish style with triple pot stills and were inspired to mash and distill an Irish stout ditiller's beer, resulting in a decadent and robust expression of their Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey.
