This single malt from Ballindalloch Distillery features an even mix of ex-sherry matured whisky and ex-bourbon matured whisky, and has been bottled at 50% un-chill filtered and with no added colour.

Ballindalloch is one of the World's few remaining single-estate producers, and they are equally well-known for their pedigree herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Theirs is the oldest such herd in the world, and they are a vital part of maintaining the sustainability and circular nature of Ballindalloch's single malt production.  This bottling was crafted in honour of the 150th Anniversary of The Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society's Herd Book, which has featured the Ballindalloch herd each year.
