Bimber Ex Bourbon Batch 4 51.2% 70cl
Out of stock
Traditional distilling is very important at Bimber, and as such, all barley used is grown on a single local farm, floor malted at Warminster Maltings. They utilise floor malting and hand-mashing before starting a slow fermentation for 7 days in a wooden washback that were made on site in their own cooperage.
This is batch 4 of their ex bourbon cask releases, containing 1st fill casks. Bourbon cask maturation tends to allow a distillery house style to come through more strongly than sherry casks or wine casks.
