The fourth release in the 'On the Way' bottling series from Chichibu. The series aims to track the development of the distillery's whisky style, which will culminate with the release of a 10 year old single malt.
All the barley used for this bottling was 100% floor malted at Chichibu; a labour intensive process that is increasingly rarely used by distilleries around the globe, but one that adds a great deal of spirit character.
