CRN57 are a range of blended malts created by Gordon & MacPhail for their new Speyside distillery The Cairn. Thier experienced master blenders have combined warehouse stocks to create flavour profiles the distillery will aim to emulate in future with it's aged single malt.

The 25 year old is a decadent dram, with notes of rum raisin, pistachio and orange peel.

Nose – Rum and raisin with brown sugar. Ripe fig and maple syrup and a hint of liquorice.

Palate – Raspberry and pistachio nut with apple and tangy orange peel.

Finish – Milk chocolate and oak.
