Fielden Hazybower is an intriguing rye whisky that was a big hit at our Whisky Fringe festival. It was crafted with a mashbill of heritage varieties of rye, wheat and barley, some grown as diverse field mixtures like traditional maslin, in which rye and wheat are grown together. It's a fresh, floral dram that is a celebration of the wildflowers and herbs that grow wild amongst their grains.

Nose – Fresh citrus and blossom with custard and freshly baked scones. Herbaceous notes with hints of green banana and pineapple.

Palate – Lemon tart, cream and nuts with hints of honey and sorrel.

Finish – Fresh peppercorn and ginger with a refreshing spiced finish.
