Bottled to celebrate Glendronach's 200th Anniversary, this Highland distillery is known for its rich, full flavoured house style. This limited edition 14yo expression combines spirit matured in their signature Oloroso and PX sherry casks with a small amount of malt matured in Claret wine casks; an homage to the distillery founder James Allardice and his famed hosting at Boynsmill House. No doubt sherry and claret would have been imbibed during his time there in 1826.

Nose – Greeted by a delightful fruit and nut medley, as the sweetness of Highland toffee intertwines with the succulence of bramble and stone fruit, enriched with hazelnut and raisin.

Palate – Charmed by a plush, ripe malt character with a richness of dried fruits and nuts. Rising to a crescendo of velvety smooth and mellow chocolate caramel notes.
