Before the recent boom of new whisky distilleries in the 21st century, Glenkinchie was one of the lone bastions of Lowland distilling for several years.
This slightly older bottling is from 2021 when Diageo still labelled their Distillers Editions series by vintage. The malt has been finished in Amontillado casks, adding some nuttiness to Glenkinchie's dry, fragrant spirit.
