Official Tasting Notes

Nose – A wealth of green, yellow and slighly overripe exotic fruits, balanced by a big, textural impression of various honeys, a lot of classical waxiness, and greener, sharper notes which maintain freshness and vibrancy.

Palate – Really creamy, waxy, some drying peppery notes, cedar and sandalwood qualities, dried herbs, eucalyptus, lemon rind and dried exotic fruit notes. Luscious, mouthfilling and beautiful.

Finish –  Medium length, dominated by drier waxy notes, crystalised honey, warming hints of vanilla, dried banana chips and camphor.
