This Highland Park matured for over 7 years in a refill oloroso sherry hogshead. One of 190 bottles at cask strength.
Official Tasting Notes:
An Orkney single malt full of warmth, subtle smoke and sherry richness.
Nose: Roasted nuts, orange peel, gingerbread and gentle peat smoke.
Palate: Smoked almonds, chocolate raisins and peppery spice with a dry, nutty finish.
