Aging their cognacs much longer than they are legally required to shows a commitment to quality we admire in Hine. This is a blend of over 25 cognacs with over half of the total volume coming from grapes grown in the top Grande Champagne region, and the rest coming from Petite Champagne, which is itself the second best cru in most people's eyes. For us, Hine VSOP shows an excellent balance of price versus maturity.
