A cracking Islay bottling from the team at James Eadie. Knowing the great casks James Eadie get their hands on and the brilliant Palo Cortado sherry ageing they have done in the past, plus the lovely label, we are quite confident in our guess that this is a Caol Ila. One of the most consistently excellent distilleries, bottled by an Indie bottler in James Eadie, who have an excellent eye for casks and cask finishing. Expect balanced smoke, fruit and richness from the sherry casks.
