Nose – Aromas of stewed plums and ripe hedgerow berries open the nose, layered with the comforting sweetness of buttery shortbread and hints of golden tobacco. Subtle undertones of warm spice and soft oak add complexity.

Palate – A thick, syrupy arrival unfolding with rich red berries and red currants, layered with notes of dark chocolate and lacquered oak.

Finish – The finish lingers with soft, sweet fruits, while a sparkling, effervescent oakiness adds lift and texture.
