Mortlach 2010 16 Year Old Rare Find Oloroso 54.6% 70cl

An 18 year old single cask malt, predominantly from a Highland distillery known for particularly tall stills. Finished for 14 months in a 1st fill oloroso sherry cask sourced from Bodegas Barbadillo, a sherry bodega the Rare Find team work closely with. One 204 bottles.

Many distilleries want to protect their distillery name, and not have their distillery name used outside of their official releases. So what they will do is add a small amount (a teaspoons worth) of another malt, making it a blended malt, also in these cases known as a 'teaspooned' malt.
