A combination of 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon 200 Litre casks, 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon 100 Litre casks, Ex-Oloroso 120 Litre casks, New American Oak 128 Litre Casks and New Swedish Oak, 30 Litre casks.

Apart from the cask makeup of this whisky, the other intriguing thing about this release is it was developed by Mackmyra's Master Blender, with the assistance of an AI developed to look at flavour combinations, and the best results.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Fruity tones of green pear and honey blended together with vanilla and butterscotch.

Palate – Vanilla fudge with notes of citrus, slightly spicy pepper and a clear oak barrel character. Everything softly wrapped in smoky peat and juniper.
