Another intriguing multi vintage release from Decadent Drinks. For this Miltonduff bottling a second fill bourbon barrel from 2002 was combined with a refill hogshead from 1991. Technically a 22yo whisky, the older spirit combines well to add complex fruity and waxy notes to the dram. One of 249 bottles.

Nose – Many honeys, waxes, toasted nuts, quince jelly, cedar wood and a richer sense of ales, breads and dried herbs.

Palate – Very rich, biscuity, nutty, naturally sweet with flower honeys and a beautifully gentle waxy texture.
