Official Tasting Notes

A suitably coastal, fresh profile with soft peppery peat smoke, light herbal notes, and waxy lemon rind. Heathery and richly honeyed with a good waxy backbone, coal smoke, and drying herbal-tinged peat. The finish delivers good length with emphatic peat, sea salt, peppery savory qualities, and gentle waxy notes.
