The 8th annual limited Christmas release from Goan distillery Paul John. At eight years old, this is unpeated malt is one of the oldest whiskies the Indian producer have released.
The first five years were spent in ex-bourbon casks, before being transferred into 250 litre Cream Sherry casks for two years. These casks were vatted for the final year of maturation, before being bottled at 48%.
