Port Charlotte's annual release in their exploration series. SYC:01 stands for Syrah casks, which were sourced from an organic and biodynamic winery in Northern Rhone. Distilled in 2013, the peaty spirit was filled into first (75%) and second fill (25%) bourbon barrels. In 2018 it was then moved into these first fill Syrah wine casks.
