Released as part of Diageo's Special Releases in 2003. This was the third year that bottles of Port Ellen were part of this collection, and they continued for a total of 17 years. Now that the distillery is to be rebuilt, hopefully there will be more!
This dram has been described as very briney with intense smoke.
