This 23 year old single cask from Pulteney distillery in Wick was selected by the team at Decadent Drinks. It was distilled in 2002 and rested in a refill barrel for 23 years before being bottled at 56.2%. It's a wonderful dram chock full of distillery character, featuring loads of minerality, citrus and "satisfyingly waxy until the end."
