A single cask from Starward Distillery of Australia. Distilled in the summer of 2018, it matured for 6 years in a single French oak red wine barrique, and was bottled by the team at The Heart Cut. A very limited release of just 312 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes

The nose is a springtime stroll: cherry blossoms in bloom and roses, sweetened by a nostalgic hit of strawberry laces. The palate is indulgent and textured - sticky toffee pudding drizzled with treacle, softened by creamy macadamia and a whisper of almond, and steeped in orange flower water. Hints of white cherries and candied ginger brighten the mid-palate, while cacao and a dusting of cinnamon and vanilla carry through to a long, velvety finish.
