Distilled at Teerenpeli in 2014, this 11 year old Finnish single malt whisky was matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead before being selected and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd at a powerful 56.8% ABV.
The PX cask brings a rich, dessert like dimension to the whisky, pairing Teerenpeli’s characterful spirit with layers of dried fruit, dark sweetness and warming spice. Bottled at a generous strength, it promises plenty of weight and intensity while showcasing an intriguing side of Finnish whisky.
