A relaunch of this historic blended whisky, White Heather 21 year old has been crafted by Billy Walker, and the team at GlenAllachie distillery. To make this blend, they have combined Highland Malt (20%), Speyside malt (23%), Grain Whisky (53%) and Islay Malt (4%), aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry butts, and then finished in specially selected Oloroso, PX and Appalachian Oak casks.
