Another delicious collaboration between Tobermory distillery and Gordon Buchanan, wildlife photographer from Mull. This peated release was matured in second-fill bourbon casks for a minimum of 10 years, allowing the spirit character to shine through.

The bottling was inspired by Mull’s Baliscate Standing Stones, which are said to be aligned with the lunar cycle. This dram is presented at cask strength, un-chillfiltered and with no added colour.

Nose – An earthy smoke fades to reveal soft vanilla, double cream, and candied fruit with a gentle spice and touch of cracked black pepper.

Palate – Packed full of citrus notes reminiscent of lemon drizzle cake, balanced with notes of fresh leather, tobacco and a hint of toasted oak.

Finish – A warm medicinal smoke lingers with a gentle cinnamon spice.
