Nose – Coastal peat smoke with caramelised banana, lime zest and vanilla. Green apple, white pepper and a hint of sea spray.

Palate – Bold smoky spice leads, balanced by grilled pineapple, brine and herbal agave. Black pepper, charred citrus and rich toffee develop through the mid-palate.

Finish – Long and warming – smouldering peat embers, demerara sweetness, chilli heat and a final twist of lime.
