Distilled in 2022, this three year old Ledaig single malt Scotch whisky has been selected and bottled by independent bottler Adelphi at a powerful 58.8% ABV.
Ledaig is the peated spirit produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, known for combining robust smoke with maritime character and a lively, full flavoured style. Even at a young age, the spirit can offer impressive intensity, making this an intriguing example of youthful peated whisky bottled with minimal restraint.
The high bottling strength should deliver concentrated peat smoke, coastal notes and fresh malt, with a few drops of water helping to open up further layers of sweetness, spice and distillery character.
