Distilled at Longmorn in 2011, this 14 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky has been finished in an Oloroso sherry cask before being selected and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd at 49.9% ABV.

The Oloroso finish adds depth and richness to Longmorn’s naturally fruity spirit, bringing together notes of dried fruit, warming spice and dark sherry sweetness with the distillery’s orchard fruit and malty character.

Bottled at a generous strength, this independently bottled Longmorn should offer plenty of flavour and texture while remaining approachable. Enjoy it neat, or add a few drops of water to open up further layers of fruit, spice and cask influence.

A handsome dram, evocative of an older style of sherry-matured Scotches. The nose is redolent of polished antique wood, figs, and Medjool dates steeped in old Armagnac. Orange oil glints through the richness, lending lift to a palate layered with dark fruit compote, dusty cocoa powder, and the glow of well-seasoned oak. There's a nostalgic depth to this whisky, nothing ostentatious, just quiet confidence and balance.
