The 3rd annual release from Maker's Mark using aged inventory from their cool limestone cellar warehouses at Star Hill Farm, the site they grow their wheat. The 2025 release is a marriage of 11, 13, 14yo barrels - Specifically a combination of 74% 11 year old, 10% 13 year old and 16% 14 year old.
Maker's Mark is a delightful wheated whisky, and we always look forward to this higher strength, older expression. Longer ageing in these cool warehouses can create more nuanced flavours.
