Meikle Toir (Big Pursuit) is the new range of Peated Single Malt from Billy Walker and the team at Glenallachie Distillery. Using long fermentation times, mainland peat and unique casks, we are anticipating this to be a quality spirit range on par with Walker's previous projects.
The Chinquapin One has been matured in barrels made of new Chinquapin Oak, sourced from the Northern Ozark region of Missouri.
